Johneé Rendia Wilson
Meet Johneé (John-Nay) Wilson. She is a student within American University’s School of International Service. Her thematic focus is Identity Race Gender Culture (IRGC). She has a secondary focus in African-American and African Diaspora Studies, under the tutelage of Dr. Sybil Roberts. Further, she is proud to be member of the AU Honors program.
In the community beyond campus, Johneé develops youth leadership curriculum and leads social emotional wellness programs for One Common Unity, Dream Sports Africa, and Million Mats D.C. She believes that social change can be achieved through a high-level of community engagement and inclusivity.
